I have always done lean-to stacks against a fence, but I keep hearing about tonogodhime. How does it compare for airflow and maintenance?

Tonogodhime is a freestanding square structure. It uses no wire or posts and the alternating layers make it lock together like a little log cabin. You can access all sides, which is nice for harvest and inspection.

Lean-to stacks need something solid to rest on, so you are tied to a wall or fence. I like tonogodhime because I can move it to better shade without rebuilding a support.
